You Anybody had troubles completing the digital signature process after receiving the email ? I have an iPhone and it says it Cannot support my browser ‘Navegador no soportado’ any help would be appreciated

Not sure how it works on an iPhone, but on a Mac you need to add it to your keychain..

I would suggest using google translate and searching in spanish.

Youtube can auto translate subtitles, so you could watch a Spanish vid and still get enough info to follow the steps.

As it is the browser that seems to be the problem it could be that their system doesn`t work on safari even if its an older version or a newer version.

I used to have this problem with the Spanish tax office (AEAT). They only used internet explorer. So every time I had to use a computer & use IE in order to complete any information I wanted to complete on their systems as any other browser just wasn`t compatible. 

Therefore I would try downloading the digital signature onto a device with IE.

The problem would be that it tells you explicitly to carry out the entire process on same hardware and software and not to allow updates between A and Z.
