I can't comment on the standard or prices of their products as I have not purchased from them but I wanted to put on record how impressed I am with their customer service. I needed a repair to an electric shutter, installed by another company that have gone out of business, and they sent an English speaking technician within 24 hours. He phoned 1 hour before he arrived to check I was in/confirm he was on the way, and then two of them completed the job within an hour. He was friendly, helpful and charged just 10€ for their time.

Thanks Tamara. That's a lot of service for a tenner. Will be on our list should we need anything they do offer.

Wow, that’s impressive Tamara, last October I ordered 2 x 3m electric canopies over my patio in Esmeralda Caleta, from Islatold in Caleta, they did a very good job only issue was lack of English or rather poor English however we ended up with a very satisfactory price. I challenged them twice on the price and each time got a further reduction so I’m happy with what I got.
