The lifeless body of a man has been found on the coast of Corralejo, according to reports from the 112 of the Government of the Canary Islands.
At 09:19 a.m., the Emergency and Security Coordination Center (CECOES) 112 of the Government of the Canary Islands received several calls alerting of the discovery of a person face down on the shore of a beach in Corralejo.
The 112 immediately activated the necessary emergency resources: the Canary Islands Emergency Service (SUC) went to the area and provided a basic life support ambulance, as well as the doctor from the Corralejo Health Center, Civil Guard, and Local Police.
Once on the scene, the health personnel of the SUC and the Corralejo Health Center confirmed his death.
The Civil Guard instructed the corresponding proceedings and took charge of the body until the arrival of the judicial authority.
The Local Police collaborated with the emergency services.
