rec medical caleta have doctor

Anyone have a doctor rec in Caleta?
#1
We are both due some shots (not flu— for osteo and some other things) and it would make our lives a lot easier if we could get them at home, hen take them over and have them administered here rather than flying back to have them at times that aren't convenient.

Anyone have any experience of the various clinics in Caleta? I know there is the big German clinic on the main street, and the British Clinic near the Barcelo and Happy Centre. Does anyone have a recommendation or any relevant experience to comment on? We will probably drop into them at some point on this visit and ask, but would appreciate any real life experience anyone can share.

There others is also the Klinik down the road from the bus station it is opposite the Caleta Amigos on the same road as Fado Rock restaurant. Dr Jose is very fond of giving injections but he is expensive but you could always call in and see how much he would charge.

I have used the German clinic opposite the White Centre 2/3 years ago, he spoke excellent English was very thorough and was not in my opinion expensive.

Would a doctor wish to administer injections that have come from elsewhere? Seems a very risky business to me, how can he/she be sure that they have been kept in right conditions/are what they say on the tin etc?

Never had a problem at home as long as a prescription is provided and the injection doesn't require refrigeration or other special conditions, but perhaps they are more cautious out here! Will find out in due course I suspect.
