Can anyone suggest a company or individual who could open an ARFE digital electronic safe?
It's the built in sort with keypad and seperate key.
Usually, if the battery goes flat, there is a facility to 'jump' it with another power source and it works. But not now! It's dead and I need it opened asap.
Any suggestions?

The only locksmith I know is Andy - 928 949177 or 693 365739 - but I don't know if he is used to safe breaking! But you can ask, and if not, sure he will be able to point you in the right direction. He's a very helpful man.

Any locksmith should be able to help, no matter if the safe is digital or not. They at least know where to drill the holes, in the worst case scenario - using manuals provided by the manufacturer.

Thank you for the help & comments. Problem was the developer never gave us any manuals or help.
The digital circuit had a loose connection and the batteries were flat.
I hit it with a hammer many times & it opened. I think it made the connection and activated the solenoid.
I learned many things: 1. Change the batteries regularly. 2. Find out how it works, first - apparently it had a secret keyhole for a master key. Didn't know I even had one (it was in the safe!). 3. Don't lock ALL your car keys inside! Haha.

My Dad always said if you can't fix it with a hammer it must be an electrical fault
