Originally I was thinking a portable metal one TamaraEnLaPlaya so that we can pack it away when we are not there but a brick one might work... our aparrtment is on a complex in Coralejo. We are semi-detached and have a big private roof terrace but our neighbours allow their apartment to be rented out and we have found that our 'neighbours' have jumped the wall and 'borrowed' our sunbeds in the past.. I had to retrieve them from the terrace next door!! I don't want to start my chillax clearing out someone elses old charcoal/sausages etc but I guess it would mean that I wouldn't have to store it somewhere secure which would mean carrying it downstairs to store when we are back in England... I bet you wished you hadnt asked now!! Thank you!

Suggest a brick built BBQ, but make sure you can remove the grills or shelfs.
That way, when you are not there, no one else can use it!!
