From RTVA:
The Cabildo celebrates that the Government of the Canary Islands has completed the project to link the Parque Hollandes with the FV-1
It is confirmed that the people who reside in that nucleus of the municipality of La Oliva and Las Caletas will have direct access to the highway that connects Corralejo with La Caldereta
The Cabildo of Fuerteventura celebrates that the Government of the Canary Islands has completed the construction project to link the Dutch Park with the FV-1. This approval, dated May 17, assumes that the project already has the technical and environmental reports required by the regulations to join this population nucleus of the municipality of La Oliva, next to Las Caletas, with the highway linking La Caldereta with Corralejo .
The project of construction of semienlace of the Dutch Park in the highway FV-1 has a budget superior to 2.300.000 euros. The technical document will now go through the recruitment phase and it is expected to be awarded in the coming months. The work has departure consigned in the Budgets of the Autonomous Community of 2019.
The Cabildo of Fuerteventura, with its president, Marcial Morales, and the insular councilor of Roads, Edilia Perez, has coordinated with the mayor of La Oliva, Isaí Blanco, a series of joint actions to achieve the connection of the Dutch Park with the highway that unites La Caldereta with Corralejo, within the North-South Axis.
Morales and Pérez both hope that "the anticipated deadlines will be met because the most difficult has been achieved: the technical and environmental approval of a link project so necessary for a residential nucleus of Fuerteventura".

and nearly a year later, courtesy of RadioSintonia:
2.5 million euros for the work of the Parque Holandés semi-link in La Oliva.
The work, whose tender will begin in the coming weeks, will allow this urbanization to be connected directly to the FV-1 and will prevent drivers who want to go or come from Corralejo from making a 9-kilometer detour.
The Ministry of Public Works, Transport and Housing of the Government of the Canary Islands, led by Sebastián Franquis, will begin in the coming weeks the bidding process for the work on the semi-link to Parque Holandés from the FV-1 highway in the municipality of La Oliva, in the island of Fuerteventura, an action for which today's government council has authorized an investment of 2.5 million euros.
With this work, the intention is to respond to a claim from both the inhabitants of that urbanization and the inhabitants of neighboring Corralejo who want to access Puerto Holandés and who have no way of doing it directly from the FV-1, located less than three kilometers from that population.
Currently, those who want to access the Dutch Park from Corralejo currently have to go to the link of the FV-1 with the FV-102, continue to the La Caldereta link to turn and take the FV-104 to this development, a detour more than nine kilometers.
With this solution, this route would be reduced to just 2.7 kilometers, taking advantage of the current route from Villaverde to Parque Holandés and the overpass on the FV-1 at this point. The work to be tendered now aims to create a semi-link with two roundabouts transverse to the FV-1 and the adaptation of the entrances and exits to both roundabouts to create direct access from the highway to drivers who come or want to go to Corralejo.
The authorized item today amounts to a total of 2,556,594 euros, which launches the tender for a work for which an execution period of 10 months is foreseen, once the reconsideration act has been awarded and signed with the corresponding winner.
