Two years ago we moved house in the U.K.
I registered our new address with Bank Sadadell in Caleta but unfortunately Sabadell updated the wrong account.
We keep on getting Yvonne’s mail, each time I report to the bank but nothing happens.
If anyone does know her can you let her know, I think the only way to resolve the issue is for her to visit the bank herself.
I will continue to advise Sabadell but am not holding my breath.
