Earthquakes in The Canaries

I'm hoping Jand will join us soon and keep us up to date on all the activity but for now I'll post any occurrences that I hear about on/near to Fuerteventura.

At 21:03 today there was a 2.1 quake roughly midway between Gran Canaria and the southern tip of Fuerteventura.

A 2.7 on the 24th, roughly the same area as the previous one. (Change the view in the link to 15 days and you'll see how close they were.)

Plenty of other activity going on in The Canaries, change the view in the link to 90 days!
