I was down at the Pozo Negro site today where there is still a lot of building going on. I asked the plants guy when
FEAGA would be this year and he said it had been planned for the weekend that includes 28th
April - now to be the Spanish General Election - so he didn't know whether it would be going ahead.
(As an aside they still haven't reopened the plant sale area - he said next week, like he did last week and the week before ………)

Because Sam this is Spain, thinking about attending
FEAGA, and who you are going to vote for would be considered multitasking, or at the very least thinking about two things at once. not something that happens a lot here

The main day at
FEAGA is the Sunday, which will be election day. Having to vote before or after visiting
FEAGA might be difficult!

Hi Sam
Took me a while to find this thread, hidden in ANIMALS!
It's fast approaching now and I think it would be better in the 'Things to do' section. I know animals play a large part in the proceedings but I don't think many people would look there for
FEAGA info.
I was actually looking for the thread to see if there was a schedule of what is happening on each day available yet - trying to decide which day to go.
I've looked online and can only find details of a pigeon derby! (Expensive hobby, looking at the entrance fees!)

The captain generally has info on the event every year, perhaps he might update this thread

Thanks Sam, you've gone to great lengths to try to get a scoop! I've been checking the Cabildo site daily and nothing so far …...
