This weekend, 19th and 20th of July, Costa de Antigua hosts musical rhythms as varied as flamenco, reggae or the pop rock songs of the 80s and 90s.
The City of Antigua from the Department of Celebration organizes next to the neighbours of Costa Antigua the Festivities of Santiago this weekend, concentrating musical performances, more than a dozen different groups, on Friday 19 from 19: 30 hours and Saturday 20 July from 17:00 hours.
The Fiestas de Santiago in Costa Antigua welcome musical rhythms for all tastes and audiences, says the councilman of Celebrations, Jonathan Peña, highlighting the Verbena this Friday 19 from 23:00 in charge of Yúryiga Marrero, accompanied by the acquaintance group of Fuerteventura, Abora Reggae.
And the councillor adds, on Saturday we will start the afternoon with inflatables and pintacaras, and then the performance of the ADISFUER Music Group with the components of the Disabled Association of Fuerteventura, which in turn can enjoy after the performance of the Foam Festival Prepared at 7:00 p.m.
The Overbooking group with the main hit songs of the 80s and 90s will close on Saturday night, along with DJ Carmelo who will end the Fiestas de Santiago.
Councilman Peña, thanks the collaboration of the Costa Antigua Neighbourhood Association, Taliyur Producciones, Maraudio, Canarias Crea, as well as the intervention of the Department of Works and Services, and the presence of volunteers from the Civil Protection and Local Police. Antigua, in addition to the companies, shops and bars that sponsor these celebrations.
On Friday, July 19 and Saturday, July 20, people who attend to participate in the Fiestas of Costa Antigua, will have a special Taxi service at dawn.
