As published by 112 through the news website of the Government of the Canary Islands, the medicalized helicopter of the SUC transfers a minor to hospital after semi-drowning at sea in Fuerteventura.
The Events occurred on cofete beach, municipality of Pájara, around 1:36 p.m.

The Events occurred on cofete beach, municipality of Pájara, around 1:36 p.m.
Assessment of those affected provided by the SUC:
- Under 15 years of age and Assisted German origin after suffering moderate semi-drowning, except for complications, transferred by medicalized helicopter from the SUC to the General Hospital of Fuerteventura.
Intervening services activated by CECOES 1-1-2:
- Canary Islands Emergency Service (SUC): a basic life support ambulance, a medicalized ambulance and a medicalized helicopter.
- Pájara Firefighters
- Local Police
- Civil Guard
Remarks:
- At the time indicated above, the Emergency and Security Coordination Center (CECOES) 1-1-2 of the Government of the Canary Islands received an alert in which it was communicated that a bather who presented symptoms of drowning had been taken out of the sea.
- The 1-1-2 immediately activated the necessary emergency resources.
- The SUC staff assessed and assisted the affected person. Once stabilized, he was transferred by medicalized helicopter from the SUC, which landed on the same beach, to the aforementioned hospital.
- Pájara firefighters secured the helicopter's grounding and takeoff maneuvers and collaborated with the rest of the emergency resources.
- Police resources activated by the Coordinating Center made the appropriate reports.
