Monthly water bills
#1
For many years now I have received my water bills by email with no problems. Can normally download the bill from a link on the email.  However, for the last two or three months, the download link does not work, so unable to do so. Anyone else have same issue?

Hi Emmi, mine have worked up until and including last month, we usually get an Email on the 10/12th of the month and it is taken from the bank on the 15th and I then get a statement by post around the 27/29th, will let you know when ours appears.

The link on my email doesn't work.

If you go on the Aguas de Antigua website then you can access your account that way.

The link on the e mail doesn’t work on my iPad, but opens on my phone and Mac.
As the Captain says, I too usually use their website and sign in to see my bill and account/ usage in full.
Very impressed that you have the option of many different languages to view your bill,
from Afrikaans to Zulu!

I have a Mac too, but the link does not work for me . And now the bloody web site doesn't let me in either.  Tried changing my password, and keeps coming up with error!!!  I am currently steaming with frustration. Cry  I will go into their office at some time and ask them to delete my account and start all over again.

Can you tell me which water company you are dealing with please?

I'm with CAAF and I've never seen a bill but Money is taken every two months from my account. I've looked at the CAAF website, but can't see any customer log-in area.

It would be great to be able to view my bills especially as I hear they are about to increase significantly!!!

Conversely, the app from Endesa (electricity) is fantastic. I can view consumption by the day, by the hour any combination of views and all up to the day before.

Tom.

I've just tried to log in to my Aguas de Antigua account on their website but with no joy.  It must be their problem.

Yes, I am convinced it is a website programming problem.  Cannot remember what message came up on the screen, but it appeared to be a site issue, not a message telling me my information was incorrect.
