The National Police of Fuerteventura have arrested two women aged 44 and 22, the eldest with a criminal record, as alleged perpetrators of a drug trafficking offence.
At the beginning of June this year, the National Police of Puerto del Rosario received several reports of a possible drug sales point in the capital of Fuerteventura. For this reason and to corroborate this information, a Police investigation began.
Police officers were able to confirm that numerous people go to the aforementioned address at any time of day intending to purchase drugs. A mother and daughter live in said home, and are believed to be the alleged facilitators of the narcotic substances. With the corresponding judicial order, a house search was carried out where 33 grams of cocaine, 4.8 grams of crack, 3,300 euros in cash, a precision scale, a simulated pistol, a knife, a taser pistol, and a baseball bat were seized.
