Nearly 990 migrants have arrived in the Canary Islands in the last two days Thursday/Friday

Between yesterday and today, nearly 990 people have arrived on the Canary Islands coast in a total of 17 boats, taking as a reference the information provided by 112 .
110 people have been treated this morning in Fuerteventura. The rescue team received a notification of the location of two boats that were taken to the dock in Puerto del Rosario, where they arrived at approximately 11:15 a.m.
The Salvamar rescued 68 migrants located in a rubber boat in Fuerteventura last morning. They were transferred in good health to the port of Gran Tarajal.
