Good afternoon
Does anyone on here know how to fill in the above form 'Residencia Fiscal en Espana Convenio' Modelo 1. I need to attach it to my Double taxation form to be sent to HMRC.
Thanks
Willie

I have had to provide the same form to HMRC, for the same purpose. Frustratingly I submitted all my paperwork - I’m also trying to recover the previous years tax - back in May, only to receive a letter from HMRC telling me that I should have submitted the ‘certificado de residencia fiscal en España Convenio’, but had submitted the version without ‘Convenio’….grrrr! Anyway, to answer your question, I have an electronic key/clave and was able to find and print off the relevant form in just two or three minutes following the drop-down menus. This is on the Agencia Tributaria website. If you don’t have a clave, I understand you can get the form from the AT. Alternatively a decent gestor can do it for you - mine offered, but I was able to do it myself. Hope this helps!

Finally time to fill in my Form DT Spain Individual as I have to claim tax from a lump sum at HMRC, I'm finding it difficult to get the Clave/key code on the Agencia tributaria website despite filling in my TIE details and DOB, does anyone have any suggestions apart from going to a Gestor.
Thanks
Willie

Willie, do you have a
Digital Certificate and is in installed on the device you are using? Normally, once you click on clave the computer checks your
Digital Certificate, passes the information to the website and bingo, you are in!

No need for Google Willie, you will find the information on here (search
Digital Certificate).
Your next step will be to go and prove your identity before you get the email with the download link.
Good luck.
Tom.

Thanks Tom, got my code through my email, I have a Cita Previa at the tax office in Puerto tomorrow to prove my identity. What a nightmare to find an appointment anywhere, I had been going round in circles, I'll repost here when complete, cheers Willie.
Thanks for the link to Tamaras post, excellent info.

Do read all of that posting Willie as the is loads of information. For example, don't allow any windows updates between your original application and final installation of the certificate. If you do get a windows update mid-process, you will not be able to install the certificate!! Beware. Otherwise, just follow that posting and it's simple.
PM me if you run into any issues.
Tom.
