Revised bus timetable for El Cotillo festival

Reinforcement of the bus service on the occasion of the festivities of El Cotillo.

The Cabildo de Fuerteventura, through the Ministry of Transportation, Accessibility and Sustainable Mobility led by Lolina Negrín, in collaboration with the City Council of La Oliva, reinforces the schedules of lines 7 and 8 of the regular interurban passenger transport service, with reason for the festivities in honor of Our Lady of Good Journey that will be held in El Cotillo from August 14 to 25, 2019.

Several special services are added to the regular programming of buses. On Fridays, 16 and 23, Wednesday 21 and Saturdays August 17 and 24, fundamentally scheduled for the completion of the festivities that will take place on those days, with the purpose of making the party, fun and fun compatible the recreation with the transfer from them, mainly that of the young people who see these parties as one of the most anticipated Events of the summer.

These services would be:

Line 7, leaving Puerto del Rosario in the direction of Cotillo: in its normal schedule, the schedules are added at 6:00 p.m., 8:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m.; and with direction Cotillo to Puerto del Rosario the schedules would be at 04.00 h, and at 06.00 h. Wednesday, August 22, 00.00 and 02.00 h.

Line 8, departing from Corralejo in the direction of Cotillo: at its usual times, special services are added at dawn on Fridays and Saturdays at 04.00 h and 06.00 hours; and on Wednesday the schedules will be at 00.00 and 02.00 h.

The Ministry of Transportation, Accessibility and Sustainable Mobility also recalls that there is a regular regular service of the lines for people traveling from the South, Morro Jable and Gran Tarajal docks as well as people leaving the Caleta area from Fuste and Airport.

All the services of lines 07 and 08, from 3:00 p.m., on Friday, July 1, will be held at the Preferential Stop of El Cotillo, in all its directions, to guarantee the safety of users of public transport, those attending the event and the traffic of vehicles that on the occasion of the Festival will move to El Cotillo.
 
Incidents on the occasion of the sporting event III Tri Corralejo Grandes Playas
On the occasion of the road closures, due to the celebration of the sporting event "III Tri Corralejo Grandes Playas", during the days 2 and 3 of July, the services of the Regular Interurban Public Transport will suffer delays and will also be affected in the following way:
Saturday, July 2: Line 06 – From Corralejo to Puerto del Rosario: The expeditions of the services between 07.00 hours and 14.00 hours, will not make the stops 'Lobo Bahia' and 'Preferential Stop of Corralejo'.

The Cabildo of Fuerteventura, through the Ministry of Transport and the concessionaire of interurban transport Tiadhe, reinforces the schedules of lines 7 and 8 of the regular interurban passenger transport service, on the occasion of the festivities in honor of Our Lady of the Good Trip that will be held in El Cotillo from August 16 to 28, 2022.
 
To the regular programming of buses are added several special services. On Friday, August 19, and Saturday, August 20, these services are scheduled, mainly after the end of the festivals, to guarantee the safety of the attendees.
On Friday, August 19 and Saturday, August 20, the usual schedules of line 7 'Puerto del Rosario-El Cotillo' are joined by services at 6:00 p.m., 8:00 p.m., 10:00 p.m. and 05.00 hours; and with direction 'El Cotillo – Puerto del Rosario' the schedules are added at 19.00 hours, 21.00 hours, 04.00 hours and 06.00 hours.
Line8, 'Corralejo – El Cotillo': to its usual schedules are added in the early hours of Friday and Saturday the special services 05.00 hours and 07.00 hours and with direction 'El Cotillo – Corralejo' at 04.00 hours and 06.00 hours.
On Wednesday, August 24: line 7, 'Puerto del Rosario – El Cotillo': to its usual schedule, services are added at 6:00 p.m., 8:00 p.m., 10:00 p.m. and 1:00 a.m. With direction 'El Cotillo – Puerto del Rosario' the schedules would be at 19.00 hours, 21.00 hours, 00.00 hours and 02.00 hours. Line 8, 'Corralejo – El Cotillo': to its usual schedules are added in the early hours of Friday and Saturday the special services 01.00 hours, 03.00 hours and with direction 'El Cotillo – Corralejo' at 00.00 hours and 02.00 hours.
As for Friday 26 and Saturday 27, line 7, 'Puerto del Rosario – El Cotillo': to its normal schedule, the schedules are added at 6:00 p.m., 8:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m.; and with direction 'El Cotillo – Puerto del Rosario' the schedules would be at 19.00 hours, 21.00 hours and 05.00 hours. Line 8, 'Corralejo –El Cotillo': to its usual schedules are added in the early hours of Friday and Saturday the special service at 06.00 h and with direction 'El Cotillo – Corralejo' at 05.00 hours.
All the services of line 07 and 08 from 10:00 a.m., on the 19th, 20th, 21st, 24th, 26th and 27th, will be at the Preferential Stop of El Cotillo, in all its directions, to guarantee the safety of public transport users, those attending the activities and, the traffic of vehicles that, on the occasion of the Fiestas de Ntra. Sra. del Buen Viaje they will move to Cotillo.
The Ministry of Transport, Mobility and Accessibility also recalls that there is a normal regular service of the lines for people who move from the South zone, line 01, 10, 16 as well as people leaving the area of Caleta de Fuste and Airport line 03, who can take line 07 at the Bus Station of Puerto del Rosario. The Cabildo of Fuerteventura recalls that any voucher that you wish to use in transfers and the mandatory use of a mask to travel by bus will be valid.
