The Negrocriminal observatory concludes its first edition with the triumph of Michelle Cappiello with the micro-story 'The detective and her end'
The Fuerteventura 2024 Blackcriminal Observatory culminated its first edition this Saturday. At the closing ceremony, the winner of the literary contest in which students from different educational centers on the island have participated was announced. The president of the Cabildo de Fuerteventura, Lola García, the mayor of Tuineje, Candelaria Umpiérrez, the Minister of Culture, Rayco León, and the Councilor for Culture, Dulce García, learned about the jury's decision and valued the young and creative talent that the young people of Fuerteventura have shown, as well as their interest in a genre that is increasingly creating more fans on the island.

The young writers had the opportunity to demonstrate their talent in a short story of no more than 100 words, exploring the mysteries and suspense of the crime noir genre. The winning story will be shared on the social networks of the Black Criminal Observatory (ObsnegrocriminalFuerteventura).
In addition, visits were made to the IES Gran Tarajal, IES La Oliva, IES Vigán and IES Corralejo by Marta Marne, Jon Arretxe, Emilio González Déniz, Empar Fernández and Susana Rodríguez Lezaun.
