Avanfuer commemorates World Earth Day with activities on April 21 and 22.
The Avanfuer association commemorates World Earth Day 2023 with a program open to citizen participation, during the days 21 and 22 April and co-organized with the Red Cross Fuerteventura: PlantaT against climate change.
On Friday, April 21, at 17:00 p.m., a participatory workshop will be held on climate change in the Canary Islands and the role of people as agents of change in our immediate environment, in the Fuerteventura Island Youth Centre.
PlantaT will end on Saturday, April 22, with a symbolic planting of native flora in farms of custody of the territory of the association and an action of restoration of fences and maintenance of plantations of previous activities.
