Hi all

I have puchased a property and going to be letting it long term without using an agent, my question is does anyone on here have access to a template long term rental agreement as trying to find a downloadable form online is near impossible.

Just be aware, you will need the Spanish version signed by both parties.  You can attach an English version if you want, but to be legal here, it needs to be in Spanish.
