A 53-year-old woman who, at the initial moment of the assistance, presents a trauma to the lower limb of a moderate nature, except for complications, was evacuated around 4:30 p.m. by the GES helicopter to the helisurface of the General Hospital of Fuerteventura.
Services activated by CECOES 1-1-2:
Around 15.40 this afternoon the Emergency and Security Coordination Center (CECOES) 1-1-2 of the Government of the Canary Islands received an alert in which it was communicated that a woman had suffered a fall in a place of difficult access and needed health care.
The 1-1-2 immediately activated the necessary emergency resources.
Once on the ground, the SUC staff assisted the injured woman and transferred her to the emergency department.

Rescuers from the GES helicopter and Firefighters accessed the affected woman, provided the first assistance and transferred her on a stretcher to the aircraft in which she was evacuated to the helisurface of the aforementioned hospital center.
