Radio Sintonia:
Queues from Tuesday in Cadiz to get to Fuerteventura by boat.
A group of people who intended to get from Cádiz to Fuerteventura, are waiting since last Tuesday, some for two weeks, due to the breakdown of the Transmediterránea ship. They claim that they are being sent from one port to another, without offering them any solution, no subsidy, no stay.
The only communication they receive from the company is the notice that the ferry was broken and, therefore, changed its date, telling them to ask at the dock. It is there that they are, since then, queuing.
They complain about the disaster of having people queue for 3 or 4 days only to hear that they couldn't assure them anything. Finally, they offer a transfer to leave from Huelva to Las Palmas, from where to go to another island. However, one day before departure from Huelva they do not know if there will be places for everyone.
