Stuck my head in Chaplin's last night, and I am 99% sure the lady was sat in the corner of the bar, I would remember her voice anywhere

We looked at two when we were buying last year. They're fab houses, in my opinion— so much space if you have guests, or like a slightly separated living arrangement! We don't like or want a lot of outside space (too much trouble maintaining it; when we're home, we like to be tucked up inside and get all out outside time going for walks away from the house), so it that complex would have worked well for us, but alas, it was not to be.
Unfortunately, as we don't plan on having a car since we're not full-time, we decided it was too far up the mountain... And then found we could get something similar for cheaper closer to town, which we were happy to proceed with. Still think they're a great buy if you're planning on being here as a resident, though. Inside space is where it's at for me— It's nice to come home and have a bit of space to relax in and have enough storage space for all your bits and pieces. You get enough time in outside space by being able to go for walks all day and evening without worrying about rain.
(Apart from this week, obviously.

Each to his/her own ducks we had masses of space inside and out back in the UK, but here it outside space was the most important factor, sufficient space inside of course but an outside restricted would not have worked for us.
