The Tran Tran square in Gran Tarajal will host the next edition of the Agrocanarias Fair.
The Tran Tran square in Gran Tarajal, municipality of Tuineje (Fuerteventura), will be the scene of a new edition of the Agrocanarias Fair, an event that will be held from January 26 to 29, 2023 with the aim of bringing local products closer to urban environments.
It is an exhibition organized by the public company Gestión del Medio Rural de Canarias (GMR), attached to the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries of the Government of the Canary Islands, which also has the participation of the Canarian Institute of Agrifood Quality and with the collaboration of the City Council of Tuineje.
After the success of previous editions in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, San Sebastián de La Gomera and Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, the fair offers a gastronomic festival, a market and various activities, in addition to the classic exhibition, through a new model of fair in an urban and open environment.
As in each of the previous editions, visitors can enjoy tastings of the products and gastronomy of the Islands. In addition, the venue will feature live music, children's area, presentations and product trainings that include tastings and workshops of Canarian products. Likewise, a market has been set up in which the products awarded in the Agrocanarias Awards will be sold, along with other agri-food products made in the archipelago.
With free admission and musical performances during each day, the Agrocanarias Fair becomes an event that combines gastronomy and sustainability with activities for the enjoyment of the whole family.
The Agrocanarias Fair is a pioneering event developed throughout this 2022 where producing companies can promote and sell their products directly to the public and establish professional contacts. You can hire business or gastronomic stands perfectly equipped and at very reduced prices, or market your products, free of charge, in the market managed by GMR Canarias.
