Burger King - Los Rotundos
#1
Fast food by definition generally means food served hot, fresh, and fast.
Not so today, we decided for a quick Berger and chips before we left Los Rotundos, we ordered at 14:53, we had food served at 15:29 - COLD BURGER, also dried out. I went to challenge and by the time I got speaking with so called manager the chips were cold. I insisted I wanted a refund and it must have taken over 20 mins to have this processed.
I don’t know what’s happening in this country but pure common courtesy, and service do not exist in places like this.
How people can actually serve dried up shrivelled cold food is beyond me. I thought there were time checks and temperature checks on all fast foods.

I've never had a great experience in BK anywhere on the island. The one at the airport is so bad we actually pack and bring sandwiches rather than eat there! Can't speak to the one at IKEA, but considering my experiences at the other two, I'm happy for it to continue that way.

Conversely, both McDs have always served us well. Generally 10/10 experience (as far as fast food goes), but went to the one at Rotundas the other day and they fouled up my order badly. First time ever. They were kind enough to give me a huge potion of chips as an apology gesture with zero complaint from me other than "Sorry, I actually ordered—" because I had to wait for new chips to be made and mine had gone cold while I waited.

Lovely people and good food, but not cheap. The formerly €1 ice creams are half the size of what they were, and are over €3 now! The days of cheapie fast food are long gone, sadly.
