I know it is the Number 10, but don't know actual times of departure of the three buses a day from Gran Tarajal to Caleta. The Guagua timetables shows only departure time from Morro Jable. Any help please?

I agree, you don't know what time it picks up on route.
The more limited bus is the Number 16 that links Gran Tarajal, Caleta and Puerto - http://tiadhe.com/en/line-16/
