The message that I sent to the Cabildo generates an automated reply. Consequently, there are no answers to my questions regarding whether there is an English speaker available or, an updated telephone number. Below is what they have sent.

This morning my OH received a phone call (number withheld) from a very nice lady who spoke excellent English. She knew his name. She said she was checking on potentially vulnerable people to see if they needed help and if they understood the situation. She knew his name. I think it was this team but OH didn't think to ask. As he is very high up any list alphabetically it could be that others will also receive a call soon. If this was genuine, and I have no reason to think otherwise except normal caution, I can only presume that they are trawling through Health Centre records looking for people over a certain age. A good reason to keep your phone number up to date on all official databases!

I'm 99% certain this was genuine and I have to give them a big thumbs up!
