Kicking this topic back into life as I had urgent need of a locksmith this morning. 

Andy is still in business but unfortunately isn't available today. His call out fee was quite high, but he has 2 hours travelling time to get to and from Cotillo, so was fair. 

Recommended to Pedro from Villaverde (667 38 84 30),  He said he would be available in 20 minutes and sure enough, twenty minutes later he messaged to say he was on his way.  Arrived promptly, sorted problem in ten minutes and was off to next job.

Very quick, very efficient and it wasn't an arm and leg cost, just a hand, wrist and forearm!!
