Just a heads up that my email provider is quarantining emails from the site due to a DKIM failure.

Not all email systems validate DKIM signatures. Some are configured to ignore DKIM failures and deliver the message anyway, others will flag the message as spam or reject it.
It may be worth asking your hosting provider to check the DNS and email configuration for the site or use a testing tool such as https://mxtoolbox.com/dkim.aspx
