I accept my initial statement was wrong, just been told off by la jefa for being careless.
But your joint replies very edifying and illuminating, and just what I was hoping would materialise as I think a lot of people are getting mixed up between temp or Permanent residency and if they have neither how long can they stay, and of course fiscal residency.
Of course no body knows what royal decree will be published manana!!!!
