Anyone know where I could buy a small amount of garden compost please. Preferable in north but can go anywhere.

Garden Centre on the outskirts of Puerto

Buy the local manure from the goat farms there, excellent stuff.

Thank you Tom I didn't know that Garden Centre existed. Shame the one in Corralejo closed.

Looks like we will be able to get there by bus, 02, as we won’t have a car, so no poo will be coming back with us ha, ha. Hopefully we will get a walk in the area too. Fortunately we will have a car to pick up compost.

It's a bit of a walk from the bus stop, quite doable, but sensible foot wear needed😉

Thanks for the very welcome advice. We're both good for 8/10 miles or so. We normally take a picnic and also seem to manage to find a watering hole Smile
