Noticias:

The festivities of La Candelaria return to La Oliva.

The council has highlighted the "Verbenazo 7 Islands" to be held on Saturday, February 4 from 3:00 p.m.
The festivities in honor of the Virgin of La Candelaria will be held again in the municipality of La Oliva from January 30 until February 5 with a program full of popular, sports and religious Events.

The Events will take place in the Plaza de La Oliva, where it had been carried out with ample space for the assembly of the stage and the annexed children's area in which there will be novelties such as an ice rink. "To recover the essence of the festivities of La Candelaria is the objective of this council, for which we need to have the collaboration and participation of our neighbors," says the mayor of celebrations, Joana Pérez.

Within the program that will be officially published in the coming days through the social networks of the City of La Oliva, the council has highlighted the "Verbenazo 7 Islands" that will take place on Saturday, February 4 from 3:00 p.m., and where there will be performances by Grupo Bomba and its orchestra (Fuerteventura), the Dominican Combo (Gran Canaria), Tropicana's orchestra (La Palma), Ritmo Latino (El Hierro), Atlantic Orchestra (La Gomera), Malibu Band (Tenerife) and Mambo Latino (Lanzarote).

The mayor, Pilar González, encourages the population both locally and from other parts of the island to approach the town of La Oliva during the celebration of all these Events.

Among the Events also highlights on February 1 the Grand Gala of Humor in which Omaira Cazorla will be present.
