Mismas replaces Mihistoria and MiCitaprivia!

If you haven't yet had the message on either Mihistoria or MiCitaprivia, they are both being retired and replaced with MiSCS.

It is available now on Google Play Store and I assume on Apple Apps. However, be warned, it might offer you one of the old apps, so check it is MiSMS before you download.

Set up is similar to how you did it with the old apps, prove your identity with Cl@vd or by a Digital Certificate using the numbers from your TIE and the pin code from the back of your health card.

Think it is still "work in progress" as we are currently unable to view history and medication!

However, despite successful installing for my wife, it refused to install for me! Think it's because I used my fingerprint to open the old apps as instead of asking me to prove my identity, it just awaits a fingerprint after which it says 'please start a new session' again and again!

If anyone encounters the same issue and resolves, please let me know asap.

Never had this particular app installed but if you are having trouble with the app, try these steps:

First, try restarting your phone, as a simple reboot often fixes the problem. If that doesn't work, go to your phone's Settings, find the app under "Apps," and select Force Stop. Then, go to the Storage section for that app and clear both the cache and the data. After that, uninstall the app and reinstall it.

If the problem persists, completely disable the fingerprint lock setting. Repeat the process of forcing the app to stop, clearing the cache and data, and reinstalling it. You can then try enabling the fingerprint lock again.

As a final option, you may need to clear the cache and data for Mihistoria and MiCitaprivia. If you have already uninstalled these, you might need to reinstall them first just to clear their stored data and cache before uninstalling them again.

Many thanks but I have already tried all of those fixes, and none of them would work, or make the app work as it should.

A work around is that my wife can access all of my information, so on a temporary basis, she is responsible for booking appointments etc.

However, thanks for the suggestions.
