Sending via DHL

I get the occasional delivery which has come through DHL, and have been impressed  by the speed and tracking. Does anyone have experience of sending a packet from Fuerteventura via DHL? In the UK they would collect items for shipping from me, but how do you access them here?

DHL have a depot with Admin on the same industrial estate as Orlando. I've sent from there, and collected parcels when they can't find my house! As you go into that estate take first right and then first or second left around the back. Small cafe nearby.
