People having the certificate - but having COVID with or without their knowledge - can still freely enter IKEA's restaurant and spread the virus.

Following yesterday's review by the Canarian Government, Fuerteventura is staying at Level 3 restrictions.
The use of the COVID passport has also been extended until 24 February for Canary Islands at Level 3 and 4 restrictions.

The Minister of Health of the Spanish Government has confirmed that next week the use of masks outdoors in public spaces will no longer be mandatory in Spain. 
On Tuesday, February 8th, the Council of Ministers will approve the Royal Decree that will eliminate its mandatory use outdoors, and the measure will be effective immediately after its publication in the BOE, which is expected to be the day after its approval, which is, on Wednesday, February 9th.
There are expected to be circumstances where it will still be required to wear one, especially in places where a large number of people are gathering closely, such as an outdoor sports or music event. However, this decree will mean that it won’t be necessary to wear one when walking down the street, along a promenade, or on the beach.
It will still be necessary indoors in commercial and cultural premises open to the public under the same conditions as now.

The Canarian Government have decided to extend closing hours and revoke the mandatory use of the COVID Certificate on islands that are at alert Levels 3 and 4.
This means that the use of it becomes voluntary at all levels, and those establishments that request and scan it may stay open until the time specified in the level below the one they are in.
The order, which was published in the BOC yesterday, nullifies the mandatory use of the COVID Certificate on the islands at Levels 3 and 4. This revocation activates the use of the voluntary COVID Certificate on all islands regardless of the level they are at.
This means that bars, restaurants, and nightlife venues at any level may request the COVID Certificate from clients and stay open later, until the times that have been amended also as follows:
Level 1: 4am
Level 2: 3am
Level 3: 2am
Level 4: Midnight
Any business in Fuerteventura (Level 3) may now stay open until 2am, but if they opt for use of the COVID Certificate they can stay open until 3am.
