Tower at Campanario shopping centre

I've seen photos taken from the top of here - can the general public go up there to do this? Do you need to make arrangements or is it open access?

Hi Tricky,

Open when the centre is open. Use the lift from the car park and go right up to the tower level. Used to be shops and a restaurant up there, but now all closed. 

Great spot for photography.

Thanks peeps. Went there yesterday. Took wrong lift first (did you know there were two from the car park), end up on flat roof below the tower. There was some work being done - no restrictions on the way up there a worker was returning and 'told us' (wagged his finger) we shouldn't be there.
Did a bit of shopping and wandered around the craft stalls before finding the correct lift. Didn't realise there would be so many stairs from the top of the lift to the top. Bit windy up there.
