Does any one know if my wife can buy good quality watercolour paint any where on the Island? she has been getting it sent from the UK, but it is now taking months to get here.

Please do not suggest The China Shops.
To me drinking responsibly means do not spill it.

I think the bookshop in rosario used to sell paint and canvas. Up past son son and El99 then turn left at movistar into the next street. Turn right and it's on the left hand side. I'll try to find a photo, sorry don't know what it's called
