What's the weather like? - November 2019

Starting to get back in harness after our trip to Kwa Zulu Natal South Africa.

As Captain mentioned there was a spot or two of light rain late morning but not enough to get the washing in.

A pleasant afternoon and a wonderful sky just after the sun went down.

After an early shower a very pleasant day. Warm without being hot, little or no breeze.

5pm
the schooner Fryderik Chopin can just be seen, en route from Malaga to Las Palmas. Sailed down our western coast and then headed west for GC around 6pm, definitely a 'sailing into the sunset'.

Good early morning from Caleta where at 5.30am it is 15C, hardly any wind, about 80% cloud cover overhead and currently a light dew / condensation on the car.

Today's Caleta forecast - 

Cloud cover of 50 to 70% throughout the day shade temperature to reach 24c at 2pm with a UV factor of up to 4 at 1pm.
Wind coming from SSW first thing this morning at 9 to 11KMph moving W  then NW from 10am  for the rest of the day at 15 to 18KMph  so a fairly calm day in store.

Off to Corralejo to join some friends from Windermere UK for a couple of days so hopefully back to Captain for Saturdays post
