It's always difficult to sell a business for this kind of Money but all they need is only one interested buyer. Hope they'll manage to sell it and won't just close the garden centre down.

Thanks for the votes guys but the chasm between an enthusiastic amateur and what is needed here is a bit like the Grand Canyon! I think what it needs is something like the RHS in the UK to take it over and use it as a training and experimental centre.
