The XXXI Festival Internacional de Cometas (International Kite Festival) will take place at the Corralejo Dunes, Playa del Burro (also in the Corralejo dunes park) and at Play de la Concha in El Cotillo on the 8th, 9th, 10th and 11th of November 2018. See below full schedule.

El Cotillo... A remote report to start the month off. Looking forward to reporting live Weather on the 25th.

The outlook is for a mix of sun and cloud with a chance of showers during the afternoon. The wind will be northerly, fresh and cross/offshore, possibly reaching 20mph. Temperatures expected in the low 20's.

From Ireland there is one flight a day from Monday to Friday, 2 on Saturday and 3 on Sunday - a total of 10 flights.

553,588 passengers (Arrivals and Departures) passed through Fuerteventura airport in October 2018. That is a 1.4% decrease compared to October 2017.
A total of 5,162,549 have passed through the airport between Jan-Oct, which is a 2.2% increase on the same period last year.
