The outlook is for sunshine most of the day, with the possibility of some cloud mid afternoon, and light showers early evening. Temperatures should be in the high teens. Any wind will be hardly noticeable, dropping to 1mph. around midday.

El Cotillo... The forecast is for a clear sunny day, after the overnight cloud has burnt off. The wind will be fresh, northerly and cross/onshore, between 19mph and 20mph. Temperatures expected to reach the low 20's.

For anyone that likes to do their own NRIT, it would appear that there is now a new form. I tried the old one for 2018 and it failed! The good news is that the new one is even easier to complete...it calculates the tax for you - all you need is to enter the Cadastral Value of your property and the 19% IRNR rate.
I have just tested it and it is much simpler to use and have estimated that some people are paying as much as 300€ per hour to have this done for them. It really is a 15min job.
