Does anyone know when this is being implemented at Fuerteventura Airport?

We check the Bristol Airport site for information on the current security regulations etc but wondered if anyone has travelled through Bristol and know of any other on the ground information that may help towards a smooth passing through the airport. The rules and regs change so much more frequently these days and as we only normally fly once or maybe twice a year it's harder to keep up. Any airport tips would be appreciated.

There were 533,137 passengers through Fuerteventura airport in January 2026. That is a 3% decrease on the same month last year.

The number of flights at the airport were 4358, which is a 2.2% decrease compared to Jan 2025.

Any updates on the entry and exit system at the airport. We came over in October. First 20 or so led to the gates, after that the rest queued to have passports stamped, until first 20 were through. Left in December, new scanners not being used. Over again next week wondering what to expect.
