We are a chill family, boy of ten. We will be mostly just eating, sleeping and relaxing. Our little man, Ayden, will be bored with dad, Pros, and mom, Lilly. So maybe there will be also families with kids around 10 years old. Anyway, we can't wait to be on the island. Warm regards, Pros

Just wondering if anyone has a recommendations for Air con fitting 5 rooms had 1 quote for around 10k which I thought was a  bit pricey but what do I know. thanks in advance .I have seen old post just wondered if anyone recently had similar . 

On a separate issue if you was renting out your place and there is building work within area say 500-700 metres of  your plots would you have to reduce rates because of that ? do you think renters would complain ?  .It doesn't reall
