Cabildo nurseries at Betancuria and La Oliva

Anyone know if the Cabildo open to the public at either Betancuria or La Oliva stations to sell plants and/or trees?
Since Pozo has been closed for refurb, they have very little of interest in that poxy little tent. We were originally told they would only shut the facility, for sales for about 3 months. That was nearly two years ago! Everytime we return, on the date given for the grand re-opening they have little for sale. Last time, just a few palms and a couple of figs.

The museum buiding is slosed for renovations. I thought that it had not been open very long and yesterday I went to B with a view to visiting it since it opened. Also what is the other building behind it not yet complete? Looks like it might be an hotel?

Betancuria Carnival 14/15 March 2020

The Carnival will be celebrated in Betancuria on the 14 and 15 March 2020. The theme is Publicity.
They have a street parade on Sunday 15 March at 11.30. It's the smallest Carnival on the island, but worth going to if you are visiting that part of the island.
