A man has died after a head-on collision between a car and a lorry in Fuerteventura that happened early this morning (Thursday) on the FV-2 road near Los Alares in the municipality of Antigua.

The Emergency Services Coordination Centre (CECOES) responded to an alert for help at just after 7:00am and dispatched the necessary resources to the location given.

Firefighters and SUC paramedics were the first to arrive at the scene of the accident, and fire crews made sure the vehicles were safe

Anyone know what is happening just off this roundabout …. Lots of tents and cars. Maybe a film crew ??
