Just seen this on FB from Jet 2 - no flights today, Feb 24th, to Canaries 

I thought I read somewhere that at some point inter island travel in the Canary Islands, including touristc travel and for holidays, will be permitted.  I cannot remember where I read it.  Can someone say anything more about this.

Breaking news on the TV FCO have added Canary Islands and Balearic Island TO NON ESSENTIAL TRAVEL.
