Community Rules (Swimming Pool) / Horizontal Law
Hey, not sure if anyone else can advise.
We have been visiting a complex for 10 years before buying at the end of last year. All the time we have been coming kids and adults have been allowed inflatables in the pool and have always played with balls in the pool (despite in the rules it does say no ball games - it was always over looked).
Since the new president was voted in a few years ago now anyone that doesn't live on the resort full time is being told no inflatables, no balls in the

Plumber for Community water supply
And now another request for the Community!
We have a very large underground water storage tank. As it is two floors below ground, we also have some very powerful pumps to get the water up four floors (two below ground and two above ground). The pumps need a service. One of them may need replacing, but hopefully not both. We also need to replace some pipework that is showing signs of corrosion, so we want pressure plastic pipework fitting.

Decorator for community building
I need a decorating contractor for a community building (16 apartments over 2 floors). Needs to be a contracting company rather than a single man business. Involves working at height as the back of the property is 4 stories high. Scaffolding or scissor lift or equivalent needed. Also involves some repairs to masonry. Estimated cost c.15,000euro.
