The Fiscal and Border Patrol of the Guardia Civil in Puerto del Rosario (Fuerteventura) have sanctioned two people following an inspection of a recreational boat in Corralejo on 27th September, which was preparing to set sail with six people on board to practise kitesurfing, without the required permits.

According to the Guardia Civil, the inspection formed part of their ongoing checks on tourism-related activities to ensure compliance with both legal and safety regulations. During the inspec
