Red Cross celebrates 150 years in the Canary Islands.

I believe there is a walk from Costa Calma across the narrowest part of the island to La Pared. Measuring it on Maps it appears to be about 4.5 miles. Has anyone done the walk? I’m just trying to ascertain what the terrain is like and roughly how difficult the walk is. Also if there is more than one bar where we can get food and a drink. Any recommendations appreciated.
