[color=#2e2e2e][size=large][font=Roboto]The processing of cash refunds is taking longer than normal as we have experienced over 1,000 times the normal volume of flight cancellations due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Until the end of May, we also had 75% fewer office staff available to process refunds due to social distancing restrictions.
